Mom passed away today...

It's been a hard few days, and her suffering is finally over. I'm still going through weird mood swings and crying whenever something reminds me of the happier times with her.

I got really mad when dad brought home the "donor blankets" which are hand knitted blankets for the families of those who decide to give their organs away after they die. I looked at what we were given, and, don't get me wrong their beautiful and for a cause, but couldn't help but think, "my mom's life for a couple of blankets, right that's fucking fair."

I understand that it was her choice and what happened wasn't her fault, but God... Other than that, I haven't really had much fluctuations of emotions save for grief. I did snap at another person, though it wasn't his fault. I'm planning on apologizing tomorrow.

Going to my sister's registration for school tomorrow, and then mine the day after. It's hard to believe that in 7 days I'll be back at school. At least my friends and family are there to help support me and get me through this, they have been my crutch and my salvation for the past week.

Life does go on.

I'm feeling OK, but kinda overwhelmed with the number of Deviations to look at, the number of activity messages and journals that have arrived !!!:)

I also suffer from the dread disease of ... procrastination ... so can sort of know where you are coming from :)

I'm still trying to catch on DA, editting pics from a number of shoots, organising MORE shoots and working full time ... just not enough hours in a day sometimes :)
